Data Deletion

1. How to request deletion

Email support@aliyabot.com with the subject line 'Delete my data'. Include the business name, account email or phone number, and a short description of the data you want deleted.

If the request concerns a client record inside a business workspace, include the phone number, username, or other identifier used in the connected channel so we can locate the relevant data.

2. Verification

Before deleting data, we may verify that the requester is the account owner, an authorized representative of the business, or the person whose personal data is being requested for deletion.

3. What we delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data, workspace data, connected channel settings, client records, messages, bookings, reviews, and related operational data where deletion is technically possible and legally permitted.

4. What may be retained

Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs, billing records, fraud prevention records, or third-party provider systems until their normal retention cycles expire. We may also retain information where required by law or necessary to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

5. Processing time

We aim to process deletion requests within a reasonable time after verification, usually within several business days. Complex requests or third-party platform dependencies may take longer.
